Kristi Storoschuk is a researcher pursuing her PhD in the Muscle Physiology Lab at Queen’s University in Canada, where she is studying how we can leverage the effects of physical activity to improve health and longevity.
Outside her research, Kristi works as a Science Communicator on topics related to health & fitness. Her work has been featured by CrossFit, Paleo Magazine, Mind Body Green, and in the Zero Fasting app, amongst various other platforms.
Kristi is wildly passionate about all things diet, exercise, and longevity and is on a mission to spread the importance of disease prevention through living a healthy lifestyle.
As part of her mission, she is now taking all her experiences to help ZTM students become healthier and happier through exercise so that they can be the most productive and successful version of themselves.
When Kristi’s not nerding out on science, you’ll find her in the gym doing CrossFit, traveling the world, or in the kitchen making healthy foods.
